Research On The Difficulties And Countermeasures Of Drug Crime Investigation In Delivery Channels

With the advent of the digital economy,my country’s delivery industry has entered a period of rapid development.The scope of delivery services continues to expand,and service methods continue to upgrade.They play an important role in people’s daily life and work.However,due to the low cost and low cost of delivery channels,the industry characteristics of separation of people and goods and loopholes in business work provide new channels for drug traffickers to carry out drug trafficking activities.Delivery channel drug trafficking cases refer to a type of criminal case in which drug traffickers use delivery channels to carry out drug trading,which seriously endangers social stability.In recent years,the situation of using delivery channels to engage in drug trafficking crimes has become more and more serious.Compared with traditional drug trafficking cases,delivery channels for drug trafficking crimes have been upgraded in drug information transmission methods,methods of hiding drugs,transportation and trading methods,and they are more concealed.,The number of trafficking is larger and the area involved in the case is wider,coupled with the relatively lagging laws and regulations of the delivery industry,and the inadequate supervision of the industry,the public security organs are tired of responding to such cases and have not been able to achieve a thorough crackdown.The complexity and complexity of the drug problem the difficulty of governance has further increased.Based on this,the author puts forward feasible investigative countermeasures through literature study and empirical research in case investigation.This article is divided into five chapters.The first chapter is an introduction.It explains the background,significance and research methods of the research on drug trafficking crimes through delivery channels,and summarizes and analyzes the views and countermeasures of such cases in recent years.The second chapter first defines the relevant concepts and the current criminal methods and methods of drug trafficking cases through delivery channels are described,and the characteristics of such cases are summarized;Chapter 3 analyzes the status quo of such crimes from a macro level,and analyzes the deep-seated reasons for the high incidence of cases,including related laws lagging behind,and lack of supervision.Strictly in place,there are business loopholes in the delivery industry and the characteristics of the delivery industry;Chapter 4 mainly elaborates the current dilemmas faced by the investigation of drug trafficking crimes in the delivery channel,which is divided into the difficulties in the investigation of drug trafficking crimes in the delivery channel and the problems in the investigation work.Difficulties in investigation include difficulty in obtaining clues in the case,difficulty in investigating operations,difficulty in fixing evidence,and difficulty in collecting the network.The investigation work of public security organs for such crimes has two problems that still need to be further improved in investigation cooperation and the basic work of drug control is weak;Fifth;The chapter is the investigative countermeasure’s part.The author first proposes to consolidate the foundation for the investigation of drug trafficking crimes through delivery channels,and secondly proposes investigative countermeasures in terms of expanding the source of clues in the case,expanding the line of case management,improving the ability of investigation and obtaining evidence,and strengthening the arrest link.
