Research On The Improvement Of Procurement And Inventory Management Of Administrative Law Enforcement Institutions Based On Lean Management

Lean management originated from lean production,which is a management philosophy derived from the production mode of Toyota Motor Company in Japan.A large number of successful lean management practice cases of manufacturing enterprises in the world show that lean management plays a huge role in enterprise management.As a new mode of enterprise management,lean management has been introduced into the field of production and manufacturing by some people of insight,and gradually extended from the manufacturing industry to all walks of life,from the field of production and manufacturing to all management fields including administrative management.At present,it is an inevitable and urgent need for government,all enterprises and institutions to promote lean management and implement the concept,method and technology of lean management into specific management practice.The service operation of administrative law enforcement agencies needs a large amount of funds,especially the procurement cost of equipment and materials accounts for a large proportion in the expenditure of agency operation costs.It is the key work of procurement management to strengthen the lean management of material procurement and promote standardized,efficient and economical procurement.As the basis of law enforcement support,the focus of inventory management is to strengthen the lean management of inventory materials,and promote the scientific management of warehousing,in warehouse and out warehouse.Purchasing management is related to inventory management,and coordination must be well done.They are directly related to the financial funds used compliance,standardized and economical.They reflect the level of refined management of material logistics and financial work,and are of great significance.This paper chooses the purchasing and inventory management of a highway branch of a city’s traffic and transportation comprehensive administrative law enforcement corps as the research object.In the research,it is found that there are some problems in the procurement and inventory management of the organization,such as imperfect system,nonstandard implementation,old management concept,backward management method,Information management system is backward,imperfect performance evaluation and audit.Based on lean management,the author tries to apply the lean management ideas,methods and technologies for the material management of the organization,so as to optimize the management mode,reduce the overstock of inventory,improve the working efficiency,save the expenditure of financial funds,and realize the integration,informatization and scientization of procurement and inventory management.It is not only of positive significance to improve the material management of the agency,but also of reference significance to optimize the material management of other administrative law enforcement institutions.
