Research On The Current Situation And Countermeasures Of Party Spirit Cultivation Of Party Members Of Postgraduates In Inner Mongolia

A strong youth means a strong country,and young party members are excellent successors to the cause of socialism and pioneers of the future of the Chinese nation.Socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era.The report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed to uphold and strengthen the overall leadership of the party and emphasize the importance of party building in the new era.Strengthening party building requires a team of high-quality young party members.Postgraduate party members are high-level talents among college students.They are the pioneers in realizing the Chinese dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.The cultivation of party spirit of master’s degree party members directly affects the development of the party’s cause.Therefore,it is extremely important to study the party spirit of party members of postgraduate students in universities.This article takes the party spirit cultivation of postgraduate party members as a research perspective,and uses the method of questionnaire survey to investigate and analyze the party spirit cultivation of party members in some colleges and universities in Inner Mongolia,including theoretical cultivation,political cultivation,moral cultivation,discipline cultivation,and style cultivation..Through investigations,it is found that the majority of postgraduate party members have a good party spirit,but there are also some shortcomings.For example,problems such as lack of theoretical knowledge,low political awareness,low moral literacy,and weak sense of discipline.In view of the problems in the party spirit cultivation of postgraduate party members,analyze the causes of the problems,and on this basis,propose measures to strengthen the party spirit cultivation of postgraduate party members from the three dimensions of master tutor party members,college party branches,and postgraduate party members themselves: No.First,increase the participation of mentor party members in the education of party spirit;second,establish a team of high-quality postgraduate party branch secretaries;third,improve the guarantee mechanism for party members’ party spirit education;fourth,use the red cultural resources of Inner Mongolia Exploring the diversity of content and forms of party spirit cultivation education for party members;fifth,enhancing party members’ self-education awareness and enhancing party members’ learning initiative.
