Research On The Cultivation And Education Of The Postgraduate Party Members' Party Spirit

Some new requirements for the party building in the new era are clearly specified in the Report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China.We must uphold and strengthen the full leadership of the Party,adhering to the principle that the party exercises self and is strict with its members.In this new era,we embark on a new journey with new mission.In the process of practicing socialism with Chinese characteristics,we must struggle tenaciously insisting on strong party leadership to realize the Chinese Dream of the great renewal of the Chinese nation.The realization of the Chinese dream requires a team of high-quality and professional young people.The postgraduate party members are an important part of the young team,builders and successors of socialism,and an important reserve force to realize the Chinese dream.Therefore,conducting studies on party spirit cultivation of postgraduate party members is of great significance for improving an all-out effort to enforce strict Party discipline and the achievement of Chinese Dream.Theoretically,studies on party spirit cultivation of postgraduate party members require evaluation of the connotation of party spirit,party spirit cultivation and party spirit cultivation training of postgraduate party members.In the meantime,in order to provide theoretical guidance and theoretical basis for this thesis,the author must summarize and analyze the thoughts of Marxist classical writers on party spirit cultivation.After empirical research,the overall situation of party spirit cultivation of postgraduate party members is good,which still needs to be improved.For example,for part of postgraduate party members,some aspects remain to be improved such as political cultivation,tenet consciousness,theoretical maturity and the exertion of each member's vanguard and exemplary role.On the one hand,so as to improve party spirit cultivation of postgraduate Party branches,each member must educate themselves.On the other hand,college Party schools and postgraduate Party branch also need to offer postgraduate party members party spirit training.As a result,it can' t be ignored that there exist problems of party spirit education in Party schools and party branches.At present,the problems in party spirit training are as follows.We need to deepen the idea of party spirit training,improve the system mechanism,innovate new approaches and perfect the system.The fundamental goal of the study on postgraduate party members' party spirit cultivation is to find out methods and ways to solve the problem.The fundamental purpose is to solve the problem,thus improving the party spirit of the postgraduate party members.ased on the analysis of problems and reasons on postgraduate party member's party spirit cultivation,the author put forward some countermeasures:strengthen the self-education,self-tempering andself-transformation of postgraduate party members through the study of party members,so as to improve the party spirit of postgraduate party members;Through strengthening the construction of party branch organization,team,activity carrier and system,the party branch of master students should strengthen the education of party spirit of master students.y realizing the advanced education concept of party spirit,scientific education system and mechanism,effective education method and perfect education system,party schools at all levels should strengthen the party spirit education of postgraduate party members,so as to improve the party spirit of postgraduate party members.This thesis consists of one figure,ten tables and 109 references.
