The Study Of Urban Community Ideological And Political Education

As an important part of the grass-roots level of society,community is the foundation of social stability and development.Since the Nineteenth National Congress of the CPC,the importance of strengthening the construction of grass-roots organizations has become more prominent,which is conducive not only to the implementation of the Party's basic principles,but also to the resolution of current social contradictions.At present,our country is in the critical stage of reform and development,with complicated social structure and diversified social thoughts.As the basic unit of a city,community is the link between the government and residents.To do well in Ideological and political education in urban communities is of great significance for improving the quality of residents,resolving contradictions at the grass-roots level and maintaining social harmony and stability.This paper consists of five parts: The first part is the introduction,which elaborates the background,significance,research status and innovation of the thesis.The second part is an overview of Ideological and political education in urban communities.This paper expounds the meaning,content and characteristics of Ideological and political education in urban communities and urban communities,as well as the theoretical basis and necessity of Ideological and political education in urban communities.The third part analyses the problems and causes of Ideological and political education in urban communities.Firstly,this paper analyzed the problem of community ideological and political education is by means of questionnaire survey.Secondly,the reasons for the problems in urban community ideological and political education are mainly discussed from four aspects: the importance of Ideological and political education,the level of community residents' understanding of Ideological and political education,the operational mechanism of Ideological and political education and the methods of Ideological and political education.The fourth part is the experience and Enlightenment of foreign community education,through learning the successful practices of foreign community education to improve the development of Ideological and political education in urban communities in China.The fifth part puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for strengthening ideologicaland political education in urban communities.The paper puts forward the Countermeasures of urban community ideological and political education from five aspects: cohesion of team,enrichment of Ideological and political education content,enhancement of residents' participation consciousness,innovation of Ideological and political education methods,and application of Ideological and political education carriers,so as to make urban community ideological and political education play its role in resolving social contradictions and promoting social harmony.Community is not only the most basic part of society,but also the embodiment of residents' life style and quality.Good community order can enhance residents' sense of happiness and security.Therefore,it is necessary to explore and innovate the methods of urban community ideological and political education in the new era by using the theoretical knowledge of Ideological and political education in the community so as to realize its theoretical and practical significance.
