Rethinking The Ideological And Political Work For The Contemporary City Community

The ideological and political work for the city community is considered to be a new issue in the corresponding field. As much more of the work has been done to the development of socialist market economy, ideological and political work has weakening tendency appeared in every related field. Especially, still outdated work methods are not capable of keeping up with the pave of social development. So hidden dangers appear which definitely add affects to the construction and development of city community, and even to that of the social economics to some extend. Therefore, the construction and development of community need guarantees of ideological and political work, which is an important and indispensable link to our country. Thus, how we do theoretical and practical researches on the ideological and political work for city community properly, while proceeding from the needs of our society, and correlating with the problems arisen in people's attitudes during the social transition period, has become the urgent need in the social development of our country.In the dissertation, some aspects of ideological and political work for city community have been discussed as follows: First, results and present situation of the work are summarized. And, causes to the problems and challenges in the researches are explicated and analyzed. Second, the importance and the urgency of strengthening the ideological and political work of the city are elaborated, which set the requests of the domestic economic development and its restructuring, requests of training the inhabitants to conform to the social development and the climax of constructing the civilized society. Finally, combined with the ideological and political work for the city community, special creative community work methods are proposed. Therefore, a scientific management is obtained and carried on in the entity, the object, the mechanism, the content and methods respectively.
