Research On Government Emergency Information Management Based On Health Code

The COVID-19 outbreak in 2020,the government emergency information management ability test is put forward.The application of health code provides technical support for government epidemic prevention and control,which is a successful practice of e-government development in China.Health Code plays an important role in improving the convenience,accuracy and timeliness of government emergency information management.With the wide application of health code,there are some problems in government emergency information management.The main problems are that the quality of government emergency information based on health code is low,the background level of government emergency information management is extensive,and the government emergency information management is subject to geographical restrictions.The reasons for the problems are as follows:firstly,the health code information collection can not guarantee the consistency of human code information and the sharing of emergency data;secondly,the background algorithm design of government emergency information management is unreasonable and the authorization is not clear;thirdly,the local government emergency information management is not unified and standardized.Optimization path,technical level: use intelligent technology to improve the accuracy of health code information collection,build an emergency think tank information platform to break the barrier of health code data sharing;management level: carry out fine design for the background algorithm of emergency information based on health code to clarify the third-party authorization in the operation of health code;standard level: establish a unified management standard for government emergency information,Improve the emergency information platform and standard system.
