A Study On The Sense Of Belonging And Its Influencing Factors Of The “New Agriculture,Countryside And Farmers”Group To The Original Community

In January 2018,the State Council issued the opinions of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council on the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy,and Premier Li Keqiang said in the government work report that the rural revitalization strategy should be vigorously implemented.Rural revitalization is not only focusing on the revitalization of rural industrial economy,but also pay attention to the revitalization of rural culture,give full play to the important role of people.The sense of community belonging refers to the psychological state in which the residents of a community put themselves into a group of people in a certain region,which not only confirms their own community identity,but also has an individual emotional color,which is an important factor affecting the development of the community(village).With the development of urbanization,the college graduates from the countryside and the new generation of migrant workers,that is,the “New two rural”groups,what is their current emotional state for the original community(village).Is there still a sense of identity and belonging.At the same time,what factors affect their sense of belonging to the original community and their actual behavior choice.Through in-depth interviews with 16“New two rural”,the study found that for the “New two rural”groups,family ties are the source of their sense of belonging to the original community,and the level of belonging to men is higher than that of women,compared with the post-70 s and other groups,it shows the trend of inter-generational weakening,as well as lower satisfaction with community life.At the same time,it is found that the family affection,the quality of interpersonal relationship in the original community,the cultural environment and the satisfaction of the community life affect the sense of belonging to the original community.Based on the findings of the study,this paper aims at the specific factors that affect the sense of community belonging of the “New two rural”groups,starting from the perspective of professional social work,programme design for professional services to foster a sense of community belonging among youth groups in rural communities.
