Research On The Construction Of Rural Communities In T City And D Township Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization Strategy

Rural community construction is a necessary means to solve the dilemma of the urban-rural dual structure and realize the integration of urban and rural areas.In the process of development,all countries inevitably carry out the exploration of rural community construction.In recent years,most of China's rural community construction depend on urban areas`s radiating effects,and is modeled after the urban community construction,which accepts administrative impetus as the mainstay,This practice has achieved certain results,but it has gradually revealed some problems: on the one hand,this urban-rural development mode contributes to the dependence on outside assistance and passivity of rural areas;on the other hand,relying solely on urban`s driving leads to the unsatisfactory overall speed of urbanization;on the other hand,many rural areas blindly copy the urban model,leading to the loss of their own advantages and characteristics.In October 2017,the 19 th National Congress put forward the "Rural Revitalization Strategy",which is not to overthrow and negate the previous development concepts,but to continue and develop it.It points out a new direction for rural community construction with a more scientific and mature concept,and inspires rural communities to achieve their own unique development through self-revitalization and self-prosperity.In order to make up for the shortcomings in the process of urban-rural integration and speed up the process of urban-rural integration.D Township of T city is located in the underdeveloped areas of Northeast China.Under the strategic background of rural revitalization,it is also necessary to deal with the relationship between maintaining its own characteristics and catching up with and to face the difficult problems in the past construction,deeply excavate its own advantages and take the road of practical development.All 14 villages in D Township of T City have completed administrative structures.They have achieved initial results in the construction of community hardware facilities and soft environments.However,there are still many problems that need to be solved: the lack of continuous development power and insufficient investment in ecological and environmental protection.Taking "rural revitalization" as the strategic background,and "urban-rural equivalence" and "sustainable development" as the theoretical basis,this paper absorbs domestic and foreign advanced experience by collecting data,reading literature,and analyzing cases.To collect data and information on various aspects of rural community construction in D township by means of questionnaires,interviews,telephone interviews and field visits,and to objectively summarize the achievements and shortcomings in rural community construction in D township,and on this basis,the reason of the deficiency is analyzed rationally and the feasible countermeasures are put forward,in order to solve various problems existing in self-revitalization of D township and promote sustainable development of D township.This article is divided into seven parts,The introduction mainly expounds the background,the current situation,the main issues,the significance and the methods of the research;The first chapter summarizes the basic concepts and theories involved in this paper;The second chapter summarizes the current situation of rural community construction in D township of T city from two aspects: hardware facilities and soft environment construction;The third chapter mainly lists the problems in the construction of rural community in D township of T city under the background of ruralrevitalization strategy,and analyzes the reasons for these problems.Chapter 4 mainly draws on the experience of rural community construction at home and abroad;Chapter 5 puts forward some countermeasures against the existing problems of rural community construction in D Township of T City from the perspective of rural revitalization strategy;The conclusion summarizes the contents of the full text.
