| During the Agrarian Revolutionary War,the Shaanxi-Gansu Red Army,dominated by the 26 th Red Army,was an important part of the Chinese Workers’ and Peasants’ Red Army,which played a unique role in establishing,consolidating and expanding the base areas in Shaanxi-Gansu,and then realizing the transformation of the center of Chinese revolution and promoting the Chinese revolution to its climax.Compared with the Red Army in other regions,the Red Army in Shaanxi and Gansu has its own unique way and path of army building,innovating the theory and practice of army building when the people’s army was founded.This paper focuses on the establishment and construction of the Shaanxi-Gansu Red Army,summarizes the experience while combing its military construction process,so as to provide reference for building a world-class army in the new era.The first chapter elaborates the theoretical origin of the army construction in the Shaanxi-Gansu Revolutionary Base Area,namely the Marxist army construction theory and Mao Zedong’s army building thought,mainly from the nature of the people’s army,the purpose,the principle of army building,the construction of combat capacity and so on.The second chapter studies the establishment of the first Red Army in the border area of Shaanxi and Gansu,systematically investigates the stages of troop movement,the incorporation of old-style peasant forces,the establishment of the Northwest Anti-Japanese Allied Forces,and the rearrangement of the Three Jia Plateau,and discusses the unique "three-color" army building model in the base area of Shaanxi and Gansu,as well as the preliminary exploration of the army building.The third chapter analysis but so do dungans side base establishment and construction of the first regular red army,formed a complete system of the armed forces in the process,involving the establishment and military construction activity of the Twenty-sixth Red Army,is also included in the base area dynamic development,namely the theory of "three wat" strategic layout,to realize the stable growth of military strength and the improvement of the power system;The fourth chapter summarizes the basic experience and practical enlightenment of the military construction in the Shaanxi-Gansu Border Base Area,namely,adhering to the absolute leadership of the Party over the army,adhering to the nature and purpose of the people’s army,adhering to improving the combat effectiveness of the army as the center,adhering to strictly governing the army. |
