The Research Of ShanXi-GanSu-NingXia Revolutionary Base Area Regime Construction

Political power is the fundamental problem of the revolution.Under the leadership of the Communist Party of China,the Chinese people had taken the path of encircling the cities from the countryside and seizing power with armed force.through building rural base areas,and destroying twofold repression by imperialism and feudalism,the unique model of development conformed to the actual situation,and adjusted to the Chinese revolution,it's another unique aspect of political power.On the basis of establishing the political power in the rural areas first,it established the urban regime,consequently base on local regime,it established nation-wide political power.ShanXi-GanSu-NingXia revolutionary base is the cradle for the success of the Chinese revolution.As the seat of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China,the guiding center of the Chinese People's anti-Japanese war and the general rear area of liberation war,it has a profound effect on China or even the world.The construction of historical influence and position of the ShanXi-GanSu-NingXia revolutionary base,it gives us a lot of historical revelation,in order to learn from the construction of politics,economy,culture and society and in other areas,for the handling of issues concerning reform,development and stability to avoid detours and mistakes.This paper tried to discuss the historical experience and lessons of ShanXi-GanSu-NingXia revolutionary base by analyzing the endurance of this revolutionary base area,importance of the revolution theory,necessity of democratic political development,effectiveness of building a clean government and driving forces of the revolutionary spirit,so as to provide better services for economic development.Developing a significant group of people who established political power.In decades of the Border Region's regime construction,there were large numbers of cadres with both theoretical basis and practical experience,who not only created the conditions for the regime construction in the new liberated parts of the northwest region,but also formed an important force for the founding of New China.Among them,Lin Boqu,Chairman of the Border Region Government,went to Beijing on the eve of the founding of new China and shouldered the responsibility for the founding of the People's Republic of China.Subsequently,Liu Jingfan,Vice-Chairman of the Border Region Government,was transferred to Beijing together with many other cadres,and made great contribution to new China's regime construction.
