| The revolutionary base areas of Xiang-E-Chuan-Qian were created,developed and expanded after the defeat of the Central Red Army’s Fifth Anti-Encirclement Campaign,which strongly complemented the Central Red Army’s 25,000-mile Long March,while giving birth to the Second Red Front Army,one of the three main forces of the Chinese Workers’ and Peasants’ Red Army.The flourishing development of the Xiang-E-Chuan-Qian Revolutionary Bases is inextricably linked to the work of party building.Therefore,at a time when the party building project is being promoted in depth in the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to strengthen the study of the party building work of the Xiang-E-Chuan-Qian Revolutionary Bases.This paper takes the construction of the Party in the Xiang-E-Chuan-Qian revolutionary base areas as the object of study,and systematically discusses the construction work of the Communist Party of China in the Xiang-E-Chuan-Qian revolutionary base areas,and summarises the valuable experience gained in strengthening the construction of the Party in the base areas,with a view to benefiting the construction work of the Party in the new era.This paper is discussed in the following six parts: the first part is the introduction.This part first introduces the background of the chosen topic,its significance and the current situation of domestic research,and on this basis lists the main ideas of the thesis,pointing out the innovative points and shortcomings of the chosen topic.In addition,the concept of the Xiang-E-Chuan-Qian revolutionary base is defined,and the scope of the base and the upper and lower limits of time are clarified.The second part focuses on the guiding ideology and practical requirements for strengthening the Party’s construction in the Xiang-E-Chuan-Qian revolutionary base areas.Based on classical Marxist writers and the instructions of the Party Central Committee on party building during theAgrarian Revolution,it compares the early party building work in the Xiang-E-Chuan-Qian revolutionary base areas in stages and points out the challenges faced in party building.The third part focuses on the main measures taken by the Xiang-E-Chuan-Qian revolutionary base areas to strengthen the Party’s construction in five areas: political construction,organisational construction,ideological construction,style of work and army construction.Based on the challenges faced by the Party in the early days,the Xiang-Europe-Chuan-Qian Provincial Committee put the strengthening of the Party at the forefront of its work and swiftly implemented the following measures: firstly,strengthening political construction by adhering to the centralised and unified leadership of the Party;secondly,strengthening organisational construction by consolidating the organisational base of the Party;thirdly,strengthening ideological construction by strengthening revolutionary ideals and beliefs;fourthly,strengthening style construction by closely contacting the masses;and fifthly,strengthening military construction by strengthening the Party’s organisational base.The fourth part focuses on strengthening the work style construction;the fifth part focuses on strengthening the army construction by clarifying that "the Party commands the gun".The fourth part deals with the effectiveness of strengthening the Party in the revolutionary base areas of Xiang-E-Chuan-Qian,mainly including: firstly,strengthening the overall leadership of the Party and consolidating the red regime;secondly,improving the Party’s leadership and promoting the economic development of the Soviet Union;thirdly,raising the ideological awareness of Party members,cadres and the masses;fourthly,bringing the Party closer to the masses;and fifthly,strengthening the revolutionary team.The fifth part focuses on the historical experience of the Xiang-E-Chuan-Qian revolutionary base areas in strengthening the Party’s construction.This part summarises the historical experience of the Xiang-Euro-Chuan-Qian revolutionary base areas in strengthening the building of the Party based on a comprehensive analysis of the preceding articles,mainly including: firstly,ensuring the political leadership of the Party;secondly,focusing on the unity of quality and quantity of Party members;thirdly,focusing on the diversity of the main bodies of propaganda and education work and the enthusiasm of ideological struggle;fourthly,focusing on maintaining flesh-and-blood ties with the masses and punishing corruption;and fifthly,clarifying the principle of "the Party commands the gun".Fifthly,the principle of "the party commands the gun" is clear.The sixth part focuses on the revelations of the Xiang-E-Chuan-Qian revolutionary base areas in strengthening the Party’s construction.This part draws historical inspiration based on the historical experience accumulated in the Xiang-E-Chuan-Qian revolutionary base areas in strengthening the Party’s construction,mainly including: firstly,adhering to the overall leadership of the Party;secondly,optimising the Party membership;thirdly,carrying out innovative ideological and political propaganda work of the Party;fourthly,implementing the Party’s mass line;and fifthly,adhering to the absolute leadership of the Party over the army. |
