Research On Online Public Service In Jiuquan City

In recent years,"online public service" has become a very important channel and way to improve government’s governance ability,work efficiency and government image.Especially in the more than a year since the outbreak of new coronary pneumonia,"Health Code" and online office have become the preferred mode of supply for the government to provide public service.It is also a new way of doing business that blends into the life of enterprises and the masses.In recent years,Jiuquan has seized such strategic opportunities as the Belt and Road and development strategy of northwest China.Actively integrates into the new development pattern of the great domestic cycle.Takes the initiative to undertake the transferred industrial ladder in the middle east.The level of economic and social development continues to rise.As a key city in the underdeveloped western provinces,Jiuquan takes vigorous efforts to deepen the reform of supervision and regulation as its key task,continues to enhance business environment.The online service ability has provided the strong safeguard for Jiuquan to realize the leap-forward development.This paper introduces the level and status quo of online public service development in Jiuquan,expounds the policies and regulations,the establishment of institutions,the staffing and the construction of the platform in detail.Also introduces the development of Jiuquan municipal government website,new media platform,data usage and Jiuquan government service network.Based on the SERVQUAL model,a questionnaire is designed to collect relevant data and survey user satisfaction.The results are Quantitative analysis with SPSS.In order to learn more about user usage,this research interviews staff of relevant government departments,enterprises and local residents in Jiuquan.Based on the advantages of the development of online services in the US,UK,Shanghai and Guangdong,this paper puts forward some suggestions for the improvement of Jiuquan’s online public service capacity.According to research the user experience of online public services in Jiuquan,Jiuquan online public service should strengthen the top-level design,straighten out the system and mechanism,build an integrated online public service platform,cultivate user habits,strengthen supervision and assessment,and streamline processes,reduces grey areas and continues to improve customer satisfaction with online public services in Jiuquan.
