Study On The Application Of Internet+ Innovation Thinking On Zhejiang Government Services

With the development of information technology,the Internet era has arrived.After the concept of "Internet+" concept was proposed,Premier Li Keqiang put forward the requirement of "Internet + government service",requiring to achieve the data sharing between different departments,so as to make the residents and enterprises do less legwork,and become easier to handle their affairs without clogging.The application of "Internet + government services" refers to the application of the e-government services by means of the Internet,including the administrative examination and approval,convenience services,personal services ect.and its focus lies in the online service.The application of "Internet + government services" provides the online government services to the public,by providing various functions including the user query and download for relevant materials,and the function of online consultation and complaints;and it is a platform for the government to make information disclosure.In this paper,with the application of the Internet plus the government service in Zhejiang Province as the main research object,it intends to analyze the advantage of the innovation mode of "Internet+government service",and explore the problems existing in its construction and operation process;and this paper will become a reference for the improvement of government services,and the realization of service networking and facilitation.The government service network which is the application of the Internet plus the government service in Zhejiang Province is the leading construction about the application of the Internet plus the government service in the country.I was participated in the construction process of the platform because of my work.There are a lot of problems during the promotion process of the platform.This paper summarizes the experience at home and abroad.The application of the Internet plus the government service in Zhejiang Province will be improved through the analysised of the problems encountered in the work,and explored further development strategy.The application of the Internet plus the government service in Zhejiang Province had provided on-line services.Related functions are gradually extended and improved in the application process.This paper respectively explains the concept of "Internet +" and government services,analyzes the development trend of "Internet + government service",and examines the design and main construction work of Zhejiang government services network system.It makes comparison between the Zhejiang government service network and the entity of administrative service center and also compares theZhejiang government services network and traditional government websites,so as to carefully the advantages and disadvantages of Zhejiang government services network construction.Meanwhile,it also investigates the problems existing in the construction and operation of Zhejiang government services network and puts forward some countermeasures for its further development.The study shows that Zhejiang government services network construction has brought real conveniences for the public and obtained the vast supports from the public,but it still has lots of problems that should be deal with.For instance;its service functions need to be improved;there are huge barriers for system integration and data sharing;organization supporting measures need to be improved,and the user experience degree needs to be enhanced,etc.Solving the problems existing in the operation To improve the quality of government services.Relevant authorities need to face the problem from the fundamental to solve these problems thoroughly,and cutting off the same problem may be repeated.
