Research On Online Rule Of Law Publicity Of Judicial Administration System In Z City

The rule of law is prospering China,Xi Jinping’s socialist ideology with Chinese characteristics is clear in the new era,China’s overall goal of promoting the rule of law is to build a socialist legal system with Chinese characteristics and build a socialist country under the rule of law.Xi Jinping,general secretary for further carrying out the rule of law publicity and education work many times to make "through the thorough development of the rule of law publicity and education,to carry forward spirit of socialist rule of law in the whole society,to establish the authority of the rule of law,make all the people would be a loyal devotee of socialist rule of law,consciously abide by,stalwart defender" and other important instructions.The publicity of the rule of law should "broaden the channels of law popularization and improve the effectiveness of law publicity".The form and carrier of the publicity and education on the rule of law is an important link that affects the effectiveness of the publicity and education on the rule of law.Therefore,grassroots judicial administration system to online pay more and more attention to the franco-prussian propaganda,to merge the depth of the "Internet + propaganda" rule of law to promote grassroots judicial administrative system of the rule of law promotion ability,meet the demand of different levels of people’s research method,usage,with innovative ways to enlarge the influence of the rule of law propaganda,and accelerate the socialism government by law construction process.This paper conducted field research on the online rule of law publicity in Z city,adopted literature method,questionnaire method and semi-structured interview method,and conducted statistical analysis of data to sort out the main problems existing in the online rule of law publicity of the judicial administration system in Z city,analyzed the causes of the problems,and proposed effective countermeasures for improvement.According to field investigation and data analysis,Z the municipal judicial administrative system of the rule of law publicity and the main problems are: first,the online rule of law propaganda work has not been listedas a key assessment work,the second is the franco-prussian object subjective initiative is not strong,the third is the franco-prussian poor workers using the online dissemination ability,four is the distribution of funds is not balanced law popularization work.Further analysis of the causes of the problem,mainly is the online law popularization mechanism is not perfect,the grass-roots people’s participation in online law popularization is not high,the online law popularization thinking and ability is insufficient,the online legal publicity funds are insufficient and the lack of quality.Based on this,this paper puts forward countermeasures and specific measures to improve the online legal publicity of the judicial administrative system in Z City.First,improve the online rule of law publicity mechanism.Strengthen the responsibility implementation mechanism of online rule of law publicity,establish and improve the assessment mechanism of online rule of law publicity;Second,the grassroots people to participate in online legal propaganda efforts.Guide the public to participate in online law popularization learning and launch the reward model for public participation in online law popularization;Thirdly,strengthen the construction of online law popularization team.Improve the importance of online legal publicity,carry out online legal publicity business training,attract high-tech talents to join the legal team;Finally,online legal education funds are guaranteed.We will establish a sound financial support mechanism for online legal education,and ensure funding for new forms of online legal education.
