| Ideological and political education,as the "lifeline" of my country’s social construction work,plays an significant role in social governance,it is an essential flexible method and means of governance to boost the development of social governance.The social governance function of ideological and political education in the new era,refers to under the background of the new era,the role of ideological and political education activities using their own special ways and means in the process of promoting the development of social governance.It is the function of ideological and political education in the field of social governance.It is a new expanded function based on the original function of ideological and political education.To realize the goal of strengthening and innovating social governance,improving the efficiency of social governance,promoting the development of social governance and realizing social governance proposed by the Fifth Plenary Session of the 19 th Central Committee,we need to give play to the social governance function of Ideological and political education in the new era.Based on the background of the new era,this article combines the ideological and political education activities with social governance by using the literature research method and the multidisciplinary research method.Starting from the internal and external functions of the traditional functions of Ideological and political education,by explaining the high degree of compatibility between ideological and political education and social governance in the new era in the aspects of discipline foundation,value orientation,subject and mode,then,leads to the expansion of ideological and political education in the new era-the function of social governance.The manifestation of social governance function of ideological and political education in the new era is rich and diverse.This paper mainly discusses from three aspects: leading the value orientation of social governance,resolving the contradiction of social governance,and condensing the energy of the main body of social governance.In the new era,ideological and political education and social governance are facing new challenges.The function of social governance of ideological and political education in the new era is hindered by some practical difficulties.The main reasons are the difficulties of ideological and political education itself,the new challenges brought by the complexity of the social governance environment,the new difficulties brought by the rise of the network society,the new resistance brought by the imbalance of social mentality,and the lack of governance consensus.Therefore,This paper puts forward the concrete way to realize the function of social governance of ideological and political education in the new era from five aspects: strengthening the self-governance of ideological and political education,creating a good social governance environment,strengthening network information resources and environmental governance,cultivating a good social mentality,and enhancing community awareness of social governance,so that it can better help the development of social governance and realize the modernization of social governance. |
