Transformation Of The Private Sector Party Building Research

At present,Party Building in private enterprise is faced with three tasks. First, it should explain why the CPC establish the primary organizations of the Party in private enterprise. Second, it should explore how to establish them. Third, it should tell us how to bring them into play. The thesis mainly answers the second question of "why establish the party organization in private enterprise", and in the meantime preliminarily analyzes the question of "how to establish them". The thesis is composed of introduction and five chapters. The introduction explores the research objective: the question of party building in private enterprise in conversion period. For the rapid development of the private enterprise in recent years and the exploration period of the Party Building in private enterprise, this question embodys the important theory value and realization significance. Since the Fourth Plenary Session of CPC'13th Central Committee, our State has entered the comprehensive and profound period of social conversion period, which is the new challenge to the party building at the primary level, especially the party building in private enterprise. As a researcher of party building, we must fully know about the importance and pressure of strengthening the party building in private enterprise. The first chapter researches the basic reference of party building in private enterprise. From the viewpoint of party building theory, this chapter analyses that the work of party building in private enterprise is the inherent urge of party politics of socialism with Chinese characteristics, and objective request of strengthening the party building at the primary level. By analyzing the development course and important function of private enterprise, the thesis researches the opportunity and challenge of party building for the development of private enterprise. The thesis explains the orientation of quality, structure , personality, policy of private enterprise and indicates that it is perfectly justifiable to establish the party organization in private enterprise and is the enrichment to the connotation of party' organization leadership, and is the adherence and implement to the party' leadership tenet regulated by "constitution" in practice. The second chapter is the realistic analysis to party building in private enterprise. In terms of organizing and establishing the party organization, taking exertion of the party organization in private enterprise, uniting the workers, educating employers and the leadership mechanism, this chapter generalizes the preliminary experiences of party building in private enterprise. In meantime the thesis emphasizes to analyze the peripherization of the party organization in private enterprise, the difficulties of establishing the party organization in private enterprise and the problem of taking exertion of the party organization in private enterprise, which have the objective and subjective reasons, but it's the basic approach of solving the problems to only profoundly analyze the reasons.
