Research On Local Political Ecological Governance From The Perspective Of Political Potential Energy

As a kind of discourse system with Chinese characteristics,"political potential energy" can provide a new analytical perspective for the effective implementation of public policy.Political potential energy,as an imaginative concept,has rich connotations,including vertical and horizontal dimensions.From the vertical point of view,it mainly includes five processes: trend,power,momentum,set,and taking advantage of power;from the horizontal point of view,it mainly includes four types of political potential energy,namely,value political potential energy,structural political potential energy,institutionalized political potential energy and unified political potential energy."One vertical and one horizontal" becomes the key and core to understand the political potential energy.Political potential energy has become an important means for us to study the ideas and methods of "governance" of the CPC Central Committee since the 18 th National Congress of the CPC.This paper analyzes political ecology from the perspective of political potential energy.China is a typical sense of the centralized system of the country,the Communist Party of China has been in charge of the state power for a long time.To holistic thinking,when one particular industry or in geographical areas,domain corruption,the nest case occurs,the case with the nest in performance form will usually have a certain region,some industries and areas of significant features,but from the perspective of its nature of these different industries and areas of political ecological problems still level has obvious common problems in the system,not only reflected on the surface of a single,fragmented political ecological problems.The problems of political ecology in a centralized country like China may be good or bad to different degrees,and may be manifested in various forms,but they are undoubtedly the same in essence.Therefore,this article used to be the onlyqualitative as systemic corruption,flat way S province as the research object,S provincial government political ecological process can be related to the central comprehensive governing party,to purify the policy background of the political ecological hook is linked together,plus the province since2014 S continued to governance and political ecology,it already has a certain time span,analyze S province in the process of political potential energy in the process of governance and political ecology,it discusses implementation in S province politics from "disorder" to "cure" recipe for success,with the political potential natural advantages and political ecology.This article first to the political potential energy theory and ecology,etc were briefly reviewed in this paper,the connotation,characteristics,analyzes the application of political potential energy theory to study political ecological problems in particular,and then to case province S province as the analysis object,discusses the longitudinal dimension of potential energy in politics perspective,S province from trend to gain political potential energy play a role in the process of the process,on this basis,from the horizontal dimension to political potential energy of the four specific types discussed S province what specific measures to purify the goal of political ecology,As "a vertical and a horizontal,vertical and horizontal force" S province were analyzed as the main frame structure formed in the process of governance and political ecological governance results,finally the conclusion and discussion part expounds the province S produced in the process of political ecological management about politics which is formed by the unique advantage of governance and the potential energy and political ecology in a series of thinking.
