The report of the 19 th CPC National Congress made a major judgment of "the socialism with Chinese characteristics entering a new era." It has an epoch-making milestone, and accelerating the development of socialist democracy is a sign that China's political and ecological construction is gradually moving on track. The goal of building a prosperous, strong, democratic, civilized, harmonious and beautiful socialist modernized country cannot be separated from the construction of political ecology. Therefore, based on the new era and based on the reality of China,we should use the ecological concept to observe China's political behavior and political phenomena and study China's politics. The law of development, the pattern of political development, the construction of a responsible government, and ecological politics are used to reconstruct China's political paradigm.Based on China's national conditions, this paper studies the political ecology construction of China in a new era from the perspective of political structure. The paper is mainly divided into three parts:The first part deals with the concepts of related political structures and political ecology. It defines the differences and linkages between relevant political ecology, ecological politics, political ecology, and other related theories. It is different from political ecology and ecological politics.Political ecology is not only It refers only to the political environment and official culture, but also includes the structural aspects of political systems, political subjects, political behavior, and political culture. Then analyze the political structure from the aspects of political system, process and policy. Then it summarizes the practical significance and theoretical significance of China's political ecological construction in the new era.The second part analyzes the achievements made in the construction of political ecology in China, the problems that have arisen, and why these problems have arisen.China's political development has attracted worldwide attention. It is reflected in the improvement of the political structure and the constant development of the various systems. However, due to the obstruction of related interest groups, the impediments of traditional political culture and the lack of political ecology assessment mechanism, problems such as the dislocation of political system structure and process structure have also emerged.Since the founding of the People's Republic of China, the Chinesehave inherited the idea of centralization in traditional society.Although they have undergone many reforms during the course of social construction and development, the process has been tortuous and slow due to the obstruction of related interest groups. In the new era,the party and the country attach great importance to the process of political reform and are determined to build a socialist political civilization with Chinese characteristics. In this regard, this part of the political system, political process and political policy from the three aspects of China's political and ecological construction made achievements and problems, and the causes of the problem were analyzed. The third part considers the construction of China's political ecology from the perspective of political structure.Among them, both the summing up of historical experience and reference, but also with the reality of China and the law of the development of the era of future development direction and development model of imagination. From the aspects of strengthening the party's leadership, optimizing the structure of political exchanges, changing government governance concepts, improving the supervision system, and improving the political policy evaluation mechanism,we will try to find a model that suits China's political and ecological construction and provide methodological guidance for it.
