In the thousands of years of known human history,human society has undergone several earth-shaking changes.From the tribal period of migration to the primitive agricultural period,from the feudal agricultural society to the modern industrial society,from the post-industrial era to the information age,to today’s simple information has been unable to summarize the characteristics of the entire era.The intelligent revolution brought by big data,cloud computing and artificial intelligence technology is constantly integrating with various fields such as economy,politics,society,culture,security and ecology to promote the evolution of the whole society towards the direction of intelligent society.In the new era,the Fourth Plenary Session of the 19 th CPC Central Committee proposed to "uphold and improve the socialist system with Chinese characteristics,and promote the modernization of China’s governance system and capacity."
