Research On The Protecyion Of The Privacy Rights Of Internet Medical Patients

With the further innovation of science and technology,the integration of Internet technology and medical treatment has become more obvious.The medical treatment mode of "Internet medical treatment" has gradually penetrated into the body and mind,which has brought the medical experience that the traditional medical treatment mode can not give to patients who need to provide medical services.At the same time,due to the openness of the Internet,the lack of legislation,the lack of supervision by relevant departments and the shortcomings of the current Internet medical treatment mode,the privacy rights of patients have also been threatened.Medical application network platform,APP and other ways to carry out medical appointment,online consultation,medical data bearing,patients’ privacy information has been repeatedly violated.Therefore,the protection of patients’ privacy under Internet medical care needs to be further strengthened in China.First of all,this paper expounds the relevant concepts,which makes this paper more clear and scientific in the process of discussion.The main concepts involved are the privacy rights and characteristics of Internet medical patients.Secondly,it analyzes the protection of privacy rights of Internet medical patients outside the country,and sorts out the relevant regulations of privacy rights of Internet medical patients in Britain,the United States,Canada,Germany,France,Japan and Taiwan Province.Then it is about the dilemma of protecting patients’ privacy right in Internet medical treatment in China.It mainly puts forward some problems,such as weak awareness of privacy protection,imperfect legal system,lag in relief channels,difficulty in identifying infringing acts and infringers,and inadequate supervision of regulatory subjects.Finally,it focuses on the possible countermeasures to improve the privacy rights of Internet medical patients in China,including strengthening the protection awareness of relevant personnel,regulating legal provisions,improving the Internet medical and health supervision system,etc.,so as to achieve higher standards of patient privacy protection and safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of patients.
