Research On Patient Privacy Protection Under Internet Medical Environment

As an emerging medical model in China,Internet medical care is an important measure in the period of hospital informationization construction promoted by the state.It has had a major impact on patients seeking medical consultation and has played a prominent role in promoting the construction of smart medical care.However,the rapid development of Internet medical care has also placed increasing demands on information security.As far as China's current situation is concerned,China still has some shortcomings in the process of Internet medical construction for patient privacy.By studying the construction mode and service mode of Internet medical care,this paper analyzes the importance of patient privacy protection in the Internet medical environment and its existing problems in a typical case,and compares the methods of patient privacy protection in the traditional medical environment,and puts forward corresponding suggestions:The national privacy protection laws and regulations,strengthen supervision and management,cite advanced technology,improve patients' awareness of personal information security,and then do a good job of patient privacy protection under the Internet medical environment.This paper focuses on the issue of patient privacy protection under the Internet medical environment.By combining theory and practice,it uses comparative research,literature research and case analysis to study the concept of Internet medical and patient privacy and Internet medical treatment.The current situation of patient privacy protection in the environment was elaborated and summarized.Secondly,the problems in the process of patient privacy protection under the Internet medical environment were summarized from the institutional level,technical level and personal protection awareness level,and the reasons were analyzed and summarized.On the basis of the above,based on the modern information theory,network governance theory and new public service theory,this paper puts forward some suggestions for the operability of the above three levels,and explores the idea of patient privacy protection under the Internet medical environment.And methods.
