The Government Promotes Industrial Transformation And Upgrading Research

Industry is the foundation of a country.The degree of modernization of a country is closely related to a sound and complete industrial system.At present,a new round of technological revolution is accelerating,China’s development is facing new opportunities and challenges,and industrial transformation and upgrading is also facing severe tests."Fourteenth Five-Year Plan" mentioned,"to promote high-quality development,accelerate the development of modern industrial system",for the construction of a modern socialist country to lay a solid foundation.After years of development,the scale of Xinzhou’s economy has gradually expanded and the quality of development has also been continuously improved.However,it also faces problems such as unreasonable industrial structure,huge energy consumption,insufficient sustainable development capabilities,weak innovation driving force,and fragile business environment foundation.,The industrial structure urgently needs further transformation and upgrading.Industrial transformation and upgrading is a very complicated process.It is impossible to achieve automatic adjustment by market mechanism alone.It is necessary to give full play to the government’s macro-leading and regulatory functions to promote industrial development to a higher level.By studying the status quo of industrial development in Xinzhou City and the government’s strategic deployment and measures to promote industrial transformation and upgrading,it has discovered the problems and deep-seated reasons that exist in the government’s promotion of industrial transformation and upgrading,and further proposed optimization suggestions.The research content of this paper mainly includes four parts.The first part is related concepts and theoretical basis.Firstly,it introduces some basic concepts and then analyzes the theoretical basis of the government’s promotion of industrial transformation and upgrading.The second part is the current situation of Xinzhou municipal government’s promotion of industrial transformation and upgrading.Firstly,the background of Xinzhou municipal government’s promotion of industrial transformation and upgrading is introduced,and then the "four major industrial sectors" constructed by Xinzhou city are analyzed.Finally,the measures taken by the government to promote industrial transformation and upgrading and the results achieved are summarized.The third part is the analysis of the problems existing in the promotion of industrial transformation and upgrading by Xinzhou Municipal Government and the reasons from the subjective and objective aspects.The fourth part is the suggestions and countermeasures for Xinzhou Municipal Government to further promote industrial transformation and upgrading.Based on in-depth investigation,analysis and demonstration,countermeasures and suggestions are put forward by comparing existing problems and reasons.
