| The flow of gifts is not only a social communication behavior,but also an important way to maintain personal emotion and interpersonal communication,and is also a common social fact and phenomenon.The flow of gifts has always been concerned by many scholars,among which the most concerned is the reason for the return of gifts.Since moss put forward the concept of "spirit of gift",western scholars have also launched a debate on it.Modern Chinese sociologists,based on the analysis of gift flow in daily life,have transformed into relationship,human feelings and face as the keynote for research.However,the research on gift flow is either limited to rural areas or in ethnic autonomous regions.However,with the development of society,especially the development of urbanization,a series of changes have taken place in the way of gift flow and its internal meaning.The previous rules of gift flow also began to loosen,and began to change in other directions.However,no matter what changes the rules of gift flow,its cultural connotation and value are worth learning and thinking about.The internal connotation of gift flow has been recognized by the public,and the construction of the rule of law has always been promoted under the guidance of the national government,but the construction of a society ruled by law needs to mobilize the enthusiasm of the masses.However,the construction of a society ruled by law needs high recognition from the masses so as to release its own vitality.Therefore,from the perspective of gift flow,we are looking for the localization method of the construction of rule of law society.This paper will take a county in Jiangmen City,Guangdong Province as a field survey,combined with anthropology,sociology and law,trying to explore the phenomenon of social communication with gifts as the direction,and then in the perspective of gift flow,provide guidance and practical programs for the current legal integration construction.Therefore,from the perspective of gift flow,this paper analyzes the route of the construction of the rule of Law Society-autonomy model. |
