| Green development is an important opportunity for industrial transformation and upgrading,and the urgent need for high-quality and sustainable development in all industries.As an important part of modern service industry,China’s express delivery industry has witnessed explosive growth with the rapid development of e-commerce in recent years.With the development of global economic integration,the green development of express package is an inevitable choice to have a place in the international market.It is an important goal to promote the sustainable development of the social economy.It is also an important means for enterprises in the express package industry chain to reduce operating costs and compete for the competitiveness of enterprises.The green development of express package cannot be separated from the support of government functions.Thesis in Fuzhou express the functions of the government in the development of green packaging as the research object,after reviewing the related literature at home and abroad,reading,on the basis of literature analysis,case analysis and investigation method as the research method,the government regulation theory and public governance theory research foundation,through to the Fuzhou express industry development situation,this paper analysis of the Fuzhou government functions of express green packaging development orientation,existing problems and causes of the problem,and in draw lessons from foreign successful experience,on the basis of further optimization strategy is put forward.This paper holds that due to the defects in the subject and object of government supervision and management,the supervision mechanism and the supervision system,etc.,the government functions in the green development of express package in Fuzhou city are insufficient in macro-control,insufficient in the provision of public services and insufficient in the supervision of government industry.Under the background of green development,Fuzhou municipal government should fully optimize its government functions from the aspects of strengthening government supervision,improving fiscal and tax incentive,reward and punishment system,improving the recycling system of express package and strengthening propaganda,guidance and education,so as to comprehensively optimize the green development effect of express package. |
