Study On The Construction Of Communitysmart Care System For Senior Citizensbased "internet+"

With the ever-growing level of information technologies and the scarcity of pension resources in China,the “Internet+” old-age care system has become an inevitable trend.In recent years,the Chinese government has vigorously called for the application of information technologies;benefiting from the lo T development,the home-based old-age care has prevailed in many cities and enterprises across the country.Since the smart care system for senior citizens,which is in lack of experience,is in its infancy in China,there are such problems as imperfect legal norms,incomplete service systems,and so on.With the aggravating trend of population aging,it is estimated that by 2020 the proportion of senior citizens in Tianjin will accounts for a quarter of the total population,and Tianjin will become the third largest population-aging city in the country after Shanghai and Beijing.Therefore,this article,with the virtual platform of the community-based smart care system in Tianjin as the main research object,aims to render strategies and suggestions of creating favorable environment for the communitybased smart care system,and facilitate the service process in China.This article,with the aid of academic literature,websites and field investigations,gets a deep insight into excellent policies and practices of the smart care system both at home and abroad,explores the current situation of the smart care system in the United States,Germany,and Japan in different social contexts,and draws on experiences from those representative cases,in order to provide reference for the development of the Tianjin-specific smart care system.Based on this,questionnaire surveys,together with interviews and field investigations,are carried out to analyze 30 communities and 450 senior citizens in 13 administrative districts in Tianjin.The article,with the focus on the status quo of the smart care,the needs of senior citizens,from such perspectives as basic information,life support and service facilities,needs of spiritual communication,community-based environmental facilities,safety and services,smart care services,summarizes the urgent problems of the community-led and home-based old-age care,as well as the elderly’s willingness in terms of the smart care system for senior citizens.It,in combination with the knowledge in environmental design and information technologies,proposes the principles of the smart care system for senior citizens,the strategies of module construction(set up the virtual platform of the smart care system for senior citizens),and the mode of terminal layer,straightens out the service process,and upgrades the smart care system,so as to create livable environment for senior citizens.
