Design And Implementation Of Coast Guard Wireless Video Monitoring System Based On 4G Network

As the Belt and Road Initiative has been further promoted,the state has paid more and more attention to safeguarding the interests of the sea and developing the marine economy.It is urgent to build a safe,harmonious and stable maritime security environment.Therefore,the China Coast Guard came into being,shouldering the responsibility of safeguarding maritime rights.Due to the increasingly hidden criminal activities at sea and the scattered and remote location of the crime,the existing means and equipment of the coast guard department are difficult to meet the needs of law enforcement and evidence collection.Therefore,it is very important to build a convenient,easy and practical monitoring system.With the development of mobile communication technology,especially 4G technology,and the popularization of mobile terminals such as mobile phones,it provides a good condition to build wireless video monitoring system for coast guard.The main work and innovation of this thesis are as follows:First of all,this thesis deeply analyzes the problems and deficiencies of the current coast guard law enforcement and evidence collection work,combined with the situation of maritime law enforcement work,puts forward the functional requirements of Coast Guard Wireless Video Monitoring System Based on 4G network,and clarifies the construction significance and expected objectives of the system.From the aspects of networking mode,application scenario,functional structure and equipment selection,this thesis puts forward a design scheme to meet the needs of coast guard law enforcement,and explains how to realize the functions of the system.Secondly,this thesis introduces 4G communication technology,data storage technology,video data compression coding and transmission technology,especially the application of L2 TP tunnel,VPDN,secondary AAA Authentication,security gateway,IPSec and other security technical measures in the system,taking into account the construction cost,communication quality and transmission efficiency while fully ensuring the system security.Then,Oracle database and Hikvision ivms-7800 centralized monitoring application management platform were installed.After the overall completion of the system hardware and software construction and debugging,two real cases are given to further illustrate the role and value of the system in coast guard law enforcement practice.
