Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Enterprises In Response To Public Health Emergencies

A large-scale epidemic sweeping the world has attracted the attention of governments and society.In just a few months,the number of people infected has increased exponentially,with millions of confirmed cases.The incident not only threatened the life safety and health of the people in the epidemic area,but also seriously affected the social order,economic development and living environment of China and even the world.In response to this sudden public health incident,the Party Central Committee attaches great importance to it,responds quickly and makes active deployment.Governments,enterprises,social organizations and individuals at all levels actively respond to the call of the state,and participate in the group prevention and treatment,joint prevention and control,and anti epidemic action in coordination to control and reduce the impact of this public crisis.At present,the epidemic has been effectively controlled in China.In this sudden public health event,as an important member of social organizations,enterprises actively carry forward the spirit of responsibility,perform their social duties,and take active and effective measures in enterprise self-help,employee care,social services,etc.to jointly respond to the public crisis.This paper combines the perspective of crisis management and risk management,through the pervasive problems of "copy others without catching its spirit","avoiding responsibility thinking","reporting on the head" and "unfinished phenomena" in the COVID-19 epidemic situation,from the absence of the enterprise system construction,the absence of "one post and two responsibilities",the lack of enterprise information management experience,and the social coordination mechanism.At last,the paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for enterprises to deal with these problems.
