| Since the beginning of this century,with China’s accession to the WTO,China has rapidly integrated into the wave of economic globalization.From 2000 to 2020,China’s GDP has increased by 10 times,and its total GDP is now the second largest in the world.The development has made brilliant achievements,which fully proves the superb leadership ability of the Chinese Communist Party.However,since the beginning of this century,with China’s full contacts and in-depth exchanges with Western countries,and the rapid development of the domestic market economy,among our party members and cadres,due to their lack of selfcultivation and infirm beliefs,coupled with the fact that they are influenced by the West.Affected by the negative values of rationalism,utilitarianism,hedonism,and the supremacy of money in the market economy,some cadres have experienced the phenomenon of lack of political beliefs,moral beliefs,and life beliefs,which are manifested in the shaken ideals and beliefs,the degeneration of life,and the politics of the party.Decline in loyalty,weak sense of discipline,loss of moral bottom line,and indulge in feudal superstition.The above phenomenon can be derived from the party and government disciplinary reports of officials who have been severely punished by the party since the 18 th CPC National Congress,the age when they were dismissed,the history of corruption and the time when the corruption started,and the specific case information disclosed by various channels.In short,the lack of faith among the cadres since the beginning of this century has gradually been exposed after the 18 th CPC National Congress of the Communist Party of China strictly governed the party.This article intends to take the period from the beginning of the 21 st century to the present as the time limit,and make full use of the relevant 221 provincial-ministerial cadres,109 state-owned enterprise financial unit cadres,and 194 provincial-level cadres that have been punished by the Communist Party of China since the party’s strict governance in the new era.Public information,quantitative statistical analysis of the lack of faith in the cadre team in the new century,explore the deepseated reasons for the lack of faith in the party members and cadres,and give reasonable suggestions,aiming to strengthen the Communist Party of China’s belief building and build the cadre team into a faithful and competent team.The pursuit of advanced teams,to cultivate strength for the realization of national rejuvenation.This article is divided into five parts.The first part first clarifies the background and significance of the topic.Secondly,it comprehensively and combs the related research on the concept of belief,the overall belief status of the cadre team,the performance of the lack of belief in the cadre team,and the reasons,and analyzes and focuses on the existing research.The insufficiency of the article,the innovation points of this article are put forward,and finally the research method and research content are briefly described.The second part discusses in detail the connotation,types(political beliefs,moral beliefs,life beliefs),functions of beliefs,and the importance of party members and cadres’ firm beliefs.The third part analyzes in detail the belief status of party members and cadres in the new century,including the political beliefs of party members and cadres,and the lack of belief in some cadres.Finally,combined with specific cases,it discusses the lack of belief in the cadre team to the party’s advanced purity,political ecology,and government.The harm of the image and credibility of the country.The fourth part analyzes the reasons for the lack of faith in the cadre team from the three levels of the cadres themselves,system construction,and external environment,including the penetration of Western values in the post-WTO period,the negative effects of the market economy,the imperfect employment system,and the cadres’ own moral training.The reasons for the lack of party spirit.The fifth part mainly elaborates the countermeasures and suggestions to prevent the lack of faith in the cadre team.Party members and cadres should strengthen the study of the excellent traditional Chinese culture,continuously improve their moral cultivation,and have a deep understanding of the party’s political theory and firm political beliefs;party organizations should strengthen party building,Improve and develop the promotion system of party members and cadres,change the way of education and guidance of the cadre team’s outlook on life and values,and strengthen cultural propaganda to create a good social atmosphere. |
