Peasant families under the town and country diocese,the housing area provides social safety to them,so that their families could live.With the importance of productivity,the city makes big farmers enter the market,and the use of farmland and curtilage is declining.Arable land becomes a hollow village and the resource consumption is the best use of scarce housing land.In the past,when the rural boundary was strict,the place of residence is used for social safety purposes only.But thanks to the growing at top speed of the commonwealth,the shortcomings of the land are getting prominent,and the system is accustomed to the people.The modernization of wild agriculture means the prosperity of the wild.From now on,with the approval of the experimental program,the restriction of land availability rights for families in China has been broken down,but there is no way to do so?
