| One of the most important functions of higher vocational colleges is to train technical and professional high-quality talents for the country.As one of the basic courses in China’s higher vocational colleges,the course "Legal Basis" bears the important mission of educating students in higher vocational colleges on correct moral and legal concepts,and also bears the important responsibility of cultivating and improving students’ legal thinking and legal application ability.However,at present,there are some problems in the teaching activities of "Legal Basis" course in higher vocational colleges,such as teachers,students,teaching contents and influencing factors of teaching,including teaching objectives,teaching methods and teaching environment,which affect the learning effect of students’ concept of rule of law and legal practice.However,at present,scholars focus on how to improve students’ legal practice ability,and less on how to improve the overall teaching effect of the course.Therefore,under the guidance of recognition theory and empowerment education theory,it is necessary for teachers to choose and set reasonable teaching contents according to students’ professional requirements,and to open up a new path for teachers and students to "teach" and "learn" in higher vocational colleges.By analyzing and expounding the characteristics of the course "Legal Basis" in higher vocational colleges,it is clear that the course aims to cultivate professional talents with legal literacy and can combine legal knowledge with professional characteristics.Therefore,by taking the theory of recognition as the theoretical basis of investigation and research,teachers can fully stimulate students’ interest and initiative in learning and endow students with theoretical knowledge and practical skills through the application of teaching concepts such as emotional care,power affirmation and value recognition in the teaching process.From the perspective of "teachers" and "students" in teaching,this paper investigates the current teaching situation of "Legal Basis" course of e-commerce major in a higher vocational college through questionnaires and interviews,and analyzes the problems from the dimensions of teaching objectives,teaching concepts,teaching contents,teaching methods and teaching evaluation,and clarifies the existing problems in teaching,including vague teaching objectives,lagging teaching concepts,monotonous teaching contents and single teaching methods.By analyzing the current teaching situation,this paper puts forward the corresponding hypothesis,that is,improving the teaching strategies in three aspects,namely,teaching objectives,teaching methods and teaching evaluation,can improve the learning effectiveness of students’ Basic Law course.In this paper,experimental classes and parallel classes are set up by means of experimental inquiry,and the curriculum design and implementation of improved teaching strategies are carried out in the experimental classes.After the experiment,the students and teachers of the two classes are surveyed again.The experimental results prove that the improvement of teaching strategies,i.e.the implementation of agreed teaching objectives,diversified teaching methods and multiprinciples of teaching evaluation,greatly enhance the effectiveness of teaching.The significance of this study on the teaching of Legal Basis in higher vocational colleges lies in: teachers change their teaching roles,build a student-centered classroom,pay attention to students’ professional characteristics and practical application ability,and promote the interaction between teachers and students,thus effectively improving students’ legal literacy and ability. |
