In the context of the new vocational education,the society has put forward new requirements for the abilities of graduates from higher vocational colleges.The result-oriented concept builds a bridge between the school's training goals and the new requirements of employers.Outcome-oriented education is an educational concept oriented to students' learning outcomes.It is believed that the goal of curriculum design and curriculum implementation is the final learning outcomes that students obtain through the educational process,and it is an important tool to improve the quality of teacher training.Vocational colleges should be guided by the result-oriented education concept,construct the expected learning results of practical courses,reverse design the teaching goals,teaching methods and evaluation methods that meet the development of students' ability to promote students' knowledge,skills,abilities,ideological and political,etc.To improve the quality of higher vocational colleges,realize the teaching goals of higher vocational courses,and promote the improvement of the quality of education in higher vocational colleges.The research mainly uses questionnaire survey method,interview method,and literature research method to study the teaching of "Principles and Practice of Civil Law" in higher vocational colleges.Taking the legal secretarial major of S higher vocational colleges in Jiangxi Province as an example,the current situation and needs of the classroom teaching of "Principles and Practice of Civil Law" in S higher vocational colleges are investigated,and the current achievements in the teaching of "Principles and Practice of Civil Law" in higher vocational colleges are summarized.And the existing problems.In view of the current lack of specific orientation of teaching objectives,lack of specific orientation of teaching objectives,lack of practical experience of some teachers,lack of long-term feedback in teaching evaluation,lack of venues and facilities for teaching practice training,etc.,the cause analysis is carried out,and the demand orientation is summarized in combination with teaching needs.Refinement of goals;on-the-job training to comprehensively improve the quality of teachers;continuous improvement to promote the reform direction of the diversified evaluation system.Learn from the successful experience of domestic and foreign curriculum teaching reforms,apply the learning outcome-oriented concept to the higher vocational "Civil Law Principles and Practices" curriculum teaching,conduct teaching reform attempts,and conduct statistics on the results of students' knowledge,skills,abilities,ideological and political dimensions,etc.Learn to analyze and verify the effectiveness of the experiment.Finally,according to the summary of the experiment,suggestions on the teaching of the "Principles and Practice of Civil Law" in higher vocational colleges based on the guidance of the learning outcome-oriented concept are put forward.
