With the development of China's economy and society in recent years,a large number of workers with medium vocational skills are required.At present,the graduates of secondary vocational schools in our country are all over the professional posts and fields of economic society,which to a certain extent meet the needs of talents for social and economic development.To further strengthen and improve the training system of modern secondary technical personnel in China,and to vigorously cultivate secondary professional and technical talents with professional and technical quality and legal literacy are the key tasks in the field of education in China.However,compared with the rapid development of the rule of law and economic society in our country,the teaching of the basic courses of law in secondary vocational schools still lags behind,which can not adapt to and meet the high attention and urgent needs of our economic society for training a group of high-quality legal knowledge professionals.Although the current legal basic course in secondary vocational schools has always been the main channel of legal education in secondary vocational schools in China,its teaching quality and effect are not ideal because it has not been paid enough attention to for many years.How to take appropriate measures to reform its current situation,improve its teaching methods and methods,and improve the teaching level and quality of the basic course of law has become an important issue that needs the majority of teachers of the basic course of law in secondary vocational schools to study hard and solve.From the actual teaching situation and point of view,this paper adopts a variety of teaching and research methods,and makes a more in-depth study of the problems existing in the current teaching methods of the basic courses of law in secondary vocational schools,which need to be improved.The author starts from the current situation of the study of the basic law course of the secondary vocational school students in our city,the characteristics of the teaching and other research issues,interviews and surveys the current basic law course teachers,students and the relevant executives of the Academic Affairs Office of R city agricultural school,and summarizes and analyzes the current secondary vocational school law combined with the research methods and means of literature review and case analysis The problems existing in the teaching of basic law course and the reasons for them are analyzed,and the specific plans and measures for improvement are put forward according to the characteristics of students.This paper is divided into five parts: the first part is mainly about the problem,pointing out the current situation of the legal basic course teaching in secondary vocational schools in China,pointing out the main purpose,significance and specific implementation methods of the research.The second part analyzes the main psychological characteristics and specific teaching methods of the students in the basic course of law in secondary vocational schools.The third part puts forward some outstanding problems in the concrete teaching of the legal basic course in the secondary vocational schools.The fourth part,put forward the basic theory teaching principles that students should strictly follow in the process of reform.The fifth part,from the secondary occupation school,applies Internet plus information technology to strengthen the teaching effect of the basic law course,innovates the traditional basic courses teaching methods,improves the quality of basic courses,and establishes and improves the long-term evaluation mechanism of the teaching evaluation of the practice and innovation ability of the teachers in the basic law courses of secondary vocational schools.Three aspects,the reform of teaching methods of the law foundation course in secondary vocational schools is put forward roads and advice.
