| At present,my country has entered an aging society,and the problem of population aging has become increasingly prominent.The continuous acceleration of the process of urbanization has not only led to irreversible changes in the composition of the family,but also caused the original social service system to undergo major reforms.This consequence is reflected in the field of elderly care,where the elderly care functions of some families are gradually weakened,and elderly care services in society gradually coexist with public welfare and profitability.In this context,the long-term existence of problems such as high prices of institutional pensions and unstable services has made it impossible for institutional pensions to replace family pensions.Community-based care for the elderly,a new type of care for the elderly from abroad,has entered the policy vision.As the capital city of a certain province,city N has entered the aging process in 2005.By 2020,the proportion of the elderly population in the city has reached 15.63%.As a new type of elderly care model vigorously promoted by the country,community home care has become the city N’s realization of old age.An important way to satisfy people’s old age.How to promote the better development of home care for the elderly in the N city community has become a common concern of the N civil affairs department and the elderly group.Based on the research on the domestic and foreign community home care for the elderly,this paper analyze and study the actual effects and existing problems of the current N City community home care.The study found that the current community home care services in N City have problems such as the imbalance between the supply and demand of the number of service items,the imbalance between the supply and demand of the service price,the imbalance between the supply and demand of the service population,the balance between the supply and demand of hardware facilities,and the imbalance between the supply and demand of services in different regions.The reasons for these imbalances in supply and demand are the single service subject of the supplier,low community initiative,unstable and low-quality service staff,lack of initiative on the demand side,and deviations in understanding between the supplier and the demander.Based on the analysis of the cause of the problems,this article puts forward policy recommendations such as strengthening the construction of a professional team of community home care services,promoting the diversification of community home care services,and improving the acceptance of community home care services. |
