Research On The Present Situation And Countermeasures Of The Supply And Demand Of Community Home Care Services In H City

Our country has begun to suffer an aging society when entering the 21st century, and the problem of aging population is gradually revealed. With the speeding up of urbanization, the family structure changes a lot, the function of family supporting is weakened, and the pension institutions which is difficult to make up for the lack of family supporting. The economic and social are developing, but it will take time to get rid of the situation when we are old before getting rich. In this case, we are eager to have a new type to replace the pension to fill the vacancy of family supporting and pension institutions. Then the strong sense of belonging to the elderly and the construction of the city community promote the development of community home care model. In 2000, H city also began to enter the aging ranks, it attracted the attention of local government, so in the beginning of 2009 they carried out the community home care model, in 2011, they began to explore their own road. This model is developing rapidly and its affect is significant. But some problems are also worth noting.This paper divides into five parts. The first part is introduction. It introduces the background, meaning, literates, and ways. The second part is Theory. It introduces the community home care theory, hierarchy needs theory and welfare pluralism theory. They are the theoretical support. The third part is the description of the demand and supply of community home care services in H city. The forth part is the analysis on the demand and supply of community home care services in H city, and draws a conclusion that the imbalance existed in the demand and supply of community home care services. The fifth part is the suggestions, it includes supply side and demand side.
