| "Charity begins at home,but should not end there".Nowadays,aging has become a realistic problem facing the world.It is even more difficult to actively deal with the phenomenon of aging in China with a large population base.In the long run,the development of urban community home-based elderly care services must be the joint of multiple subjects based on welfare pluralism to provide multiple types of elderly care services according to the different demand levels of the elderly,to realize the efficient configuration for resources and sustainable development of home-based elderly care services resources,thereby dealing with the aging development.In recent years,Guizhou Province has actively implemented the national strategy,promoting the development of the elderly care industry.It has actively constructed the elderly care service center to provide home-based elderly care services for the community through government purchase of services,enterprise operation,and social participation,trying to solve the problems of health care and life care for the elderly.But there are still many problems in the actual operation process.This paper choose the current development situation of community home-based elderly care service in X Street of Guiyang.Survey by questionnaires of the elderly residents and interviewing with the residents of the street,the staffs of the community and the residential elderly care service center in the street,using the welfare pluralism theory and Maslow’s hierarchy of needs theory to analyze the difficulties and reasons of the community home-based elderly care service in the actual process.Thy to find the solutions to improve the current situation of community home-based elderly care service in X Street,and also hope that these countermeasures can be extended to other similar streets to promote the healthy development of community home-based elderly care service in Guiyang. |
