Research On The Special Action Of Eliminating Gangs And Evils Of Public Security Organs In Y District Of Hohhot City

Criminal syndicate criminal organization directly endangers the public interest and leads to the public interest.The economic ecology has been broken,the political environment has been damaged,and corruption is serious.Over the years,China has always attached importance to combating gangland criminal organization,and has launched many special campaigns to prevent the breeding of evil forces.However,with the gradual maturity of the criminal organization,its secrecy is increasing and its social harmfulness is becoming increasingly prominent.In 2018,the Party Central Committee decided to launch a three-year special struggle against underworld and evil throughout the country,which will further develop the measures to combat underworld crimes.The special struggle against underworld and evil forces in Y District of Hohhot has never stopped,the overall social situation has been developing steadily,the social security situation and housing construction have been improved,the social governance capacity has been continuously improved,and the security governance system has been continuously improved.Remarkable results have been achieved in the special struggle against underworld and evil.However,some activities of criminal organization have gradually become more hidden with the campaign of eliminating evil and eliminating evil.The harm to people’s happiness and social stability still exists.However,in order to effectively combat the Underworld Criminal Organization and eradicate its breeding soil,how to establish a long-term effective mechanism for preventing and organizing Underworld Criminal Organization has become a focus issue in the academic field of public administration.This article mainly focuses on the development,harm,current situation and the fight against governance of organized criminal organization in China.Combined with the actual implementation of the special campaign to fight against evil in Hohhot District of Y,this thesis analyzes the problems existing in the special action of Hohhot District Y in carrying out the campaign to eliminate evil and eliminate evil,and deeply analyzes the causes of the problems,and puts forward a practicable multi sectoral coordination system.From the improvement of government related functional departments collaborative governance put forward their own opinions and opinions,in order to improve the Y area to criminal organization’s ability to prevent and control,and promote the normalization development of black and evil.This paper consists of five chaptersThe first chapter is the introduction,which mainly introduces the background and significance of the special action against evil and eliminating evil,the research status and research methods of the Underworld Criminal Organization at home and abroad,the core concepts and supporting theory of the thesis,and expounds the concept of "special struggle against black and evil elimination" and the theory of cooperative governance and the support theory of the new public service theory.The second chapter is the current situation of the work in Hohhot y district.It briefly describes the specific achievements of the three-year anti gangster and anti evil special action in Hohhot y district.The third chapter is the problems in Y District of Hohhot.Through the actual data and cases,it briefly describes the actual situation and existing problems in the process of carrying out the special struggle.The fourth chapter is the analysis of the causes of the problems in the special struggle against gangs and evil in Y District of Hohhot,from the aspects of ideological understanding,professional team,negotiation system,specific industry supervision,clue verification,publicity and guidance.The fifth chapter is the countermeasures to effectively promote the anti underworld and anti evil work in Y District of Hohhot city.It proposes to establish and improve the long-term anti underworld and anti evil mechanism from the aspects of changing the working ideology,establishing a special anti underworld and anti evil organization team,strengthening the co-ordination of case verification and cooperation,improving the industry supervision mechanism,clue research and information sharing mechanism,and effective publicity mechanism.
