| Public legal service is a member of public education,public health,public culture and other public services,which also provides effective guarantee for citizens to orderly participate in political,economic and social activities.Entering the new era,the main social contradictions have changed.The people not only put forward higher requirements for material life,but also have increasing requirements for democracy,rule of law,fairness,justice and security,which puts forward higher requirements for the further improvement of the public legal service system.Since the concept of public legal service was first put forward in the Fourth Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee,under the full attention and correct leadership of governments at all levels,the construction of public legal service system in China is gradually improving.However,due to the influence of urban-rural social dual structure,the construction of public legal service system in pastoral areas has the characteristics of imbalance and lagging development.As a county of animal husbandry,arhorqin is located in the east of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.Due to many subjective and objective reasons,such as remote geographical location and slow economic development,the construction of public legal service system is not mature and needs to be further improved.On the basis of fully collecting the relevant data of public legal services in Arhorqin,this thesis issues a questionnaire to the residents in the jurisdiction of Arhorqin.Through the analysis of statistical data,this thesis expounds the current situation of public legal services supply in Arhorqin from three aspects of supply subject,supply content and supply object.It is found that there are some problems in the supply of public legal services in Arhorqin,such as single supply subject,insignificant supply effectiveness,low legal awareness of supply object,imperfect guarantee mechanism,and lagging platform construction,Finally,the thesis puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to improve the supply of public legal services in Arhorqin. |
