Research On Problems And Countermeasures Of People’s Mediation In Z County

As an effective means of social governance,people’s mediation plays a more and more important role in calming mass contradictions and resolving social disputes,but in the county level areas of grassroots governance,people’s mediation is faced with governance dilemma.This paper selects the people’s mediation work in Z County for research,in-depth analysis of the problems and deficiencies in the people’s mediation work,to promote the modernization of social governance in the county to explore new countermeasures and good paths,to provide the local people with inclusive and efficient dispute resolution services,has practical significance for the sustainable and orderly development of people’s mediation work.This paper applies the theory of social governance,social conflict and polycentric governance,combined with the reality of people’s mediation in Z County,combs and analyzes the problems faced by the people’s mediation,and explores the specific path to reform and improve the people’s mediation.This paper adopts the research paradigm of "asking questions,analyzing problems and solving problems",and uses the methods of literature research,statistical analysis,questionnaire and field interview to find that there are problems in people’s mediation in Z County in terms of team,service,organization guarantee and multiple governance.Through the analysis,the reasons are summed up as the lack of ideological understanding,the lack of funding protection,the lack of supervision and assessment ability,the imperfect working mechanism,the two hands of the government market difficult balance.From attaches great importance to mediation,enhance the promotion of diversification,to strengthen the safeguard measures,mediation development foundation,strengthen supervision,to ensure staff arrive in place and improve the working mechanism,to promote long-term development,standardize mediation multivariate resolution mechanism,strengthen the polycentric governance five aspects optimization measures,in order to constantly improve the people’s mediation disputes to prevent and dissolve the practicability,efficiency of this mechanism.
