Studies On Qingcheng Post In Hohhot From The Perspective Of Supply-side Reform

The supply-side structural reform is in line with our country’s national conditions as a large developing country in transition,and it is also in line with the needs of the new normal of current economic development.In order to ensure the development of my country’s productivity,improve the quality and efficiency,and realize the optimization and reconstruction of the industry under the premise of economic stabilization,supply-side reform is an objective need and an inevitable choice.In the process of increasing effective supply,one of the important measures to "make up for shortcomings" is to increase infrastructure construction.In this regard,academic circles and decision-makers have always paid special attention,but different regions need to be flexible and adaptable according to their different situations to achieve policy improvement.Accurate landing should also be combined with structural factors to prescribe the right medicine.This article is based on the general idea of "supply-side issues-structural reasons-reform countermeasures".It takes the health infrastructure of Qingcheng Station in Hohhot as the research object,and uses the two perspectives of government and citizens to measure the construction of Qingcheng Station.Through investigation and analysis of its existing supply problems and structural reasons,have put forward targeted and feasible suggestions from three aspects of supply content,supply form and supply system: First,in terms of supply content,ensure youthfulness.In the construction of the station,the concept of democracy is implemented to meet the real needs of the people;the second is to create a multi-subject supply model with Qingcheng station as the core in the form of supply,to realize the interests of the government,the market,and the third sector respectively,and establish joint responsibilities;the third is to establish a complete Qingcheng station supply system in terms of the supply system.Only democratic decision-making,multi-subject participation,and long-term supply system can enhance the construction efficiency of Qingcheng Station,create a better environment for Hohhot to achieve high-quality development,and truly achieve effective supply.
