Research On Improving Organizational Ability Of Specially Party Branch Of College Student Organization

The report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China emphasizes that "grass-roots organizations of the Party are the basis for ensuring the implementation of the Party’s line,principles,policies and decision-making arrangements.It is necessary to focus on improving organizational strength,highlight political functions,and build grassroots party organizations into a strong fighting fortress to publicize the party’s ideas,implement the party’s decisions,lead grassroots governance,unite and mobilize the masses,and promote reform and development." On the basis of accurately grasping the basic attributes of grass-roots party organizations and combining with the actual situation of grass-roots party building,General Secretary Xi Jinping put forward new arrangements and new requirements for the construction of grass-roots party organizations,pointed out the direction for the construction of grass-roots party organizations,and aroused widespread concern in academic circles for a time.As an important part of grass-roots party organizations,the improvement of college student party branches’ organizational strength is also a topic that we must pay attention to.In recent years,some colleges and universities have explored a new model for the construction of college student party branches in order to innovate the establishment of grass-roots party branches,give full play to the organic combination of grass-roots party building work and the educational function of colleges and universities.As an innovative practice under the combination of party building and ideological and political work in colleges and universities,it is particularly important to improve the organizational strength of the special party branch of college student organizations.At the same time,the ad hoc party branch of college student organizations,as an ad hoc grass-roots party branch of colleges and universities,is not only a bridge between college party organizations and students,but also a fighting fortress that leads students to grow into talents.The improvement of the organizational power of the special party branch of college student organization is the inevitable requirement of strictly administering the party in an all-round way,the key measure to promote the development of party building in colleges and universities,and the practical demand of strengthening the party spirit of student party members and guiding students to grow into talents.This paper focuses on the research on improving the organizational strength of the ad hoc party branch of college student organizations,which is divided into three chapters.Chapter one: Scientific grasp of the promotion of the organizational power of the special party branch of college student organizations.This chapter aims to grasp the theoretical core of the promotion of the organizational power of the ad hoc branch of college student organizations as a whole,and mainly explains three problems: first,define the concept of organizational power,discriminate the related concepts,and at the same time discuss the connotation of organizational power of the ad hoc branch of college student organizations;Secondly,from the perspective of the special party branch organized by college students,this paper explains the specific generation basis and operation mode of the innovative measure of party building in colleges and universities,so that readers can make clear the object of this research;Finally,it discusses the significance of improving the organizational
