Research On Improving The Organizational Strength Of Rural Party Branches In Rural Revitalization

The key to pursuing a rural vitalization lies in the Communist Party of China(CPC).The rural vitalization strategy is an important strategic deployment made by the 19th National Congress of the CPC and is also the fundamental to agriculture,rural areas,and rural people in the New era.The rural Party branches are the core of leadership in all rural undertakings and play a key role in rural.The organizational capability of the rural Party branches determine the overall strength of the Party branches,and ultimately affects the actual effect of the rural vitalization strategy.Author takes "Linking Theory with Practice" as the research thought,and starts from the Party building theory in the Marxist principle,and constructs the research frame which enhances the organization capability of rural Party branches.Moreover,author takes Dongxiang county as the research object to study the concrete practice of promoting the organizational capability of the rural Party branches in this county,and tries to further summarize and refine the general path in the rural vitalization.Firstly,author constructs the theoretical framework of the full text.Author systematically analyzes the organizational capability of the rural Party branches based on the theory of organizational power,including the connotation,components and evaluation criteria.Secondly,author mainly introduces theoretical basis,historical reasons,and practical significance of improving the organizational capability of rural Party branches in rural vitalization from three aspects:theoretical logic,historical logic,and practical logic,including the Marxist theory of Party building,the fine traditions and political advantages of the CPC,and the challenges faced by the rural Party branches in rural vitalization.Thirdly,author combines the theoretical analysis of the first and second parts,taking the organizational capability of the rural Party branches in Dongxiang as an example,and summarizes the experience and enlightenment of Dongxiang in promoting the organizational capability of the rural Party branches in the rural vitalization.Combining the real problems existing and the "five transformations" to upgrade and the specific practice.In the end,author combines the theoretical analysis and practical experience from first to third part,and further summarizes the efforts to improve the organizational capability of rural Party branches in rural vitalization,and forms a general "one leading,three-dimensional path" methods to enhance the organizational capability of rural Party branches.That is,Putting the rural Party branches political functions first.In its own dimension,it enhances the ability to organize its members;in the social dimension,it enhances the ability to organize the rural people;in the national dimension,it enhances the ability to promote the comprehensive rural vitalization.
