Research On The Supervision Strategy And Path Optimization Of Social Science Social Organizations In Guangdong Province

In recent years,China has vigorously cultivated social organizations,and social organizations have continued to grow and develop.As an important part of social organizations,social science social organizations are important for the prosperity of philosophy and social sciences,strengthening the construction of new-type think tanks with Chinese characteristics,and promoting the modernization of the national governance system and governance capabilities.1.It is of great significance to enhance the country’s soft power.Guangdong is a major economic province in my country.Serving economic and social development is the driving force for the development of social science organizations.Improving the supervision mechanism of social science organizations and enhancing their ability to serve society and participate in social governance have become important issues.This article adopts qualitative research methods,collects information through in-depth interviews,seminars and other methods to obtain relevant data,collects and organizes relevant policy texts,analyzes the development and supervision of social organizations in Guangdong Province,and draws on the theory of responsive supervision.The above analysis analyzes the current situation and existing problems of the supervision of social organizations in Guangdong Province from the three perspectives of government,organization,and third parties,with a view to proposing a multi-subject coordinated supervision strategy that integrates government,organization,and third parties.At present,the development trend of social science organizations in Guangdong Province is good.Their number of registrations and development quality are in the forefront of the country.Through strengthening daily management and promoting party building work,the supervision mechanism is gradually improved,but there are still many problems.From the perspective of the government,government supervision is not in place,which is manifested in the imperfect regulatory legal and regulatory system,and the dual management system has led to inefficient government supervision and low level of informatization.From an organizational perspective,social science organizations have low self-competence,which is specifically manifested in the lack of awareness of the organization’s main responsibility and the inefficient internal governance structure.From the perspective of a third party,the current external supervision is weak,which is manifested in the weak public supervision awareness and the poor effect of third-party supervision.In view of the existing problems,the government,organizations,and third parties can start to optimize the current supervision strategy,build a multi-subject collaborative supervision model,and further improve the supervision efficiency.In terms of the main body of the government,the implementation of centralized supervision of the organization should specifically improve the construction of the legal and regulatory system,clarify the government’s roles and responsibilities,and strengthen the construction of the information platform;in the organization itself,enhance the awareness of self-discipline and internal governance capabilities,and specifically create organizational ideology The long-term mechanism and the improvement of the internal governance system of the organization;in terms of the third-party supervision body,strengthen the sense of responsibility of the supervision body,and specifically should cultivate the public’s subject consciousness and improve the third-party supervision mechanism.
