Ideological And Political Education Problems And Strategic Research In Our National Coal Mine Enterprises

With the continuous reform of market economic system, the constant integration of coal resources and the merger and reorganization of the coal mine enterprises in China, our coal mine enterprises have been confronted with a lot of difficulties in the process of developing ideological and political education works, which seriously affect our country’s economic construction of the coal enterprises. The purpose of the thesis is to find the problems of coal mine enterprises in carrying out ideological and political education work, to make profound analysis of its causes, to explore the effective strategies, then to enhance coal mine enterprises’ effectiveness of the ideological and political education works. At the same time, it is the necessary precondition for China’s coal mine enterprises to achieve sustainable development.Firstly, the thesis mainly introduces the ideological and political education work’s research background, research purpose, research significance, research ideas and the related research at home and abroad in coal mine enterprises. Secondly, the thesis elaborates the contents, patterns of ideological and political education work as well as the effect of carrying out them in coal mine enterprises. Thirdly, the thesis uses the questionnaire to investigate Shanxi Huarun Liansheng Energy Investment company and the subordinate coal enterprises of Shanxi coal transportation group; then carefully analyzes the current situation of ideological and political education work in coal mine enterprises of China; finally sums up the existing problem during its work. Fourthly, the thesis concretely makes an analysis of the causes of these problems from these aspects:(1) the status of ideological and political education works in the development of coal mine enterprises;(2) the recognition degree of coal mine enterprises on developing ideological and political education works;(3) the big environment of the merger and reorganization of the coal mine enterprises;(4) the impact of network information flooding on the workers of coal mine enterprises;(5) the workers’ value and ideology in coal mine enterprises;(6) the stability of the team belonging to ideological and political education works in coal mine enterprises. At last, based on these analyses above, the thesis puts forward the related measures to solve the problems existing in the process of developing ideological and political education works in coal mine enterprises.
