Research On The Construction Of The Disciplinary Inspection And Supervision Cadre Team In D County Under The Background Of The Disciplinary Inspection And Supervision System Reform

Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the Party Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping at its core has insisted on administering the Party strictly in an all-round way,and has carried out in-depth development of the Party’s work style and clean government and the fight against corruption.At the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,General Secretary Xi Jinping clearly pointed out the need to continuously deepen the reform of the national supervision system and promote full coverage of national supervision.Discipline inspection and supervision work has higher requirements.In addition to performing the duties of supervision and accountability,the discipline inspection and supervision cadres must also perform the duties of supervision,investigation and disposal.The team of discipline inspection and supervision cadres is facing new challenges and important tasks.At present,after the reform of the discipline inspection and supervision system in China,the legal documents and research results formed mainly focus on the top-level design of the reform of the supervision system and the management and supervision of discipline inspection and supervision cadres,The management regulations on training,selection,motivation,assessment,and supervision involved in the construction of the grassroots discipline inspection and supervision cadre team still need to be improved and refined.This article is based on Xi Jinping’s new era discipline inspection and supervision cadre team building theory,public human resource management theory,and competence theory,using literature research methods,case studies,interviews,etc.to conduct a comprehensive and in-depth analysis of the current situation of the discipline inspection and supervision cadre team in D County.The study concluded that there are some problems in the construction of the discipline inspection and supervision cadre team in D County,such as lack of awareness of performing duties,lack of professional ability in discipline and law enforcement,and lack of incentive mechanisms.The reasons are mainly focusing on business and neglecting ideological and political construction,unsound team professional construction mechanism,lack of long-term education and training mechanism,etc.and proposed to strengthen the political awareness of loyalty and clean responsibility,improve the system of selection and employment,and improve the cadre incentive and evaluation and education and training mechanisms to strengthen the construction of the discipline inspection and supervision cadre team in D County.
