Research On The Development Of Chambers Of Commerce Under The Xintai Chamber Of Commerce And Industry

With the continuous development of the private economy and the continuous improvement of the market economy,Various Chamber of Commerce organizations began to emerge.The Chamber of Commerce has gradually become an indispensable micro social organization in the Socialist market economy system,playing an important role in the process of active participation in social governance.The Federation of Industry and Commerce is the bridge and link between the Party and the government,and the assistant of the government to manage and serve the non-public economy.The organizations of chambers of Commerce affiliated to the Federation of Industry and Commerce are grass-roots organizations and work bases of the Federation of Industry and Commerce at all levels.They are an important platform for the work of the Federation of Industry and Commerce and have a certain political nature,the Development and progress of Chamber of commerce relates to all aspects of social and economic development.The Chambers of Commerce and Industry under the Federation of Industry and Commerce actively participate in social governance and contribute to the local economic and social development,but they also face some problems and are limited in the process of development,in this paper,the Association of Chambers of Commerce and Industry in Xintai is taken as an example.First of all,by collecting relevant information and interviewing to study the problems in the development process.Secondly,through specific cases to find out the current situation and the main problems of the Chamber of Commerce under the Federation of Industry and Commerce,in-depth analysis of the causes of the problems.The main problems are as follows: low coverage,small scale and quantity,weak service function,insufficient staff and funds.The main reasons for these problems are the lack of consciousness of the Chamber of Commerce,the single source of funds,the unclear function orientation,the incomplete role of the Federation of Industry and Commerce,and the low attention of the grass-roots government.Finally,the author puts forward some suggestions from three subjects: one is to strengthen the organization construction of Chambers of Commerce,the other is to optimize the policy environment for the organization development of Chambers of Commerce,and the other is to give full play to the functions of chambers of Commerce and Industry.There are many kinds of chambers of commerce affiliated to the Federation of Industry and Commerce.In the past,scholars mostly focused their research on the organizations of Trade Chambers of Commerce,while in the Chambers of Commerce affiliated to the Federation of Industry and Commerce,the number of township chambers of commerce was relatively large,but the degree of attention was not high,in the course of studying the existing problems in the development of the Chambers of Commerce of the Federation of Industry and Commerce in Xintai and exploring the solutions,this paper makes a preliminary discussion on the pain points and the solutions of the organizations of the Chambers of commerce of the villages and towns,and proposes to give impetus to the reform of the chambers of commerce of villages and towns,implementing the registration system of township chambers of Commerce,updating the organizational structure of township chambers of Commerce,Establishing Party organizations of chambers of Commerce and having government personnel as branch secretaries,etc.,it is hoped that these studies will provide some pertinent and feasible suggestions for the development of Chambers of Commerce under the Xintai Chamber of Commerce and Industry,it will help chambers of commerce play a more active role in participating in social governance and promoting the development of private economy.
