The Difficulties And Path Reconstruction Of The Consumer Rights Protection Committee Of Changzhou Economic Development Zone

In recent years,consumption plays a more and more important role in promoting economic growth,so the protection of consumers’ rights and interests has become increasingly prominent.As one of the most important subjects to protect the rights and interests of consumers,the Consumer Protection Committee has been under increasing pressure.At the same time,on the one hand,under the background of institutional reform,new requirements are put forward for the performance of the Consumer Protection Committee;on the other hand,the emerging new consumer situation,new consumer products and services also bring new challenges to the performance of the Consumer Protection Committee.Therefore,the author studies the dilemma and path reconstruction of Consumer Protection Committee under the institutional reform.This paper takes Changzhou Economic Development Zone as the research area.There are seven chapters in this paper.The first chapter is the introduction,this chapter mainly introduces the research background and significance of this paper,and summarizes the relevant literature at home and abroad,and finally describes the research methods and research content.The second chapter is the concept definition and theoretical basis,that is to explain the relevant concepts involved in this paper,at the same time,it expounds the relevant theories supporting the research of this paper.The third chapter is about the current situation of the consumer rights and Interests Protection Committee of Changzhou Economic Development Zone,which mainly introduces its historical evolution,the status quo of duty performance,and the changes of responsibilities before and after the institutional reform.Finally,it explains and analyzes the survey results of consumer rights protection satisfaction.The fourth chapter is the Changzhou Economic Development Zone consumer rights and Interests Protection Committee performance dilemma and reason analysis,mainly according to its current performance status and consumer satisfaction analysis of the specific performance dilemma,and further analysis of the causes of the dilemma.At the same time,the fifth chapter analyzes the experience of protecting consumers’ rights in developed countries.The sixth chapter is based on the appeal analysis and puts forward four ways to reconstruct the consumer rights protection committee of Changzhou economic development zone.The seventh chapter is the summary and Prospect of the full text.
