Research On The Cultivation Of Model Worker Spirit Among College Students In The New Era

Model workers are exemplary representatives among the millions of workers in China,who have made outstanding contributions on the path of socialist construction.The model worker has forged a model worker spirit of "loving and dedicated to work,striving for excellence;working hard,daring to innovate;indifferent to fame and fortune,and willing to contribute" through practical experience.In the new era of struggle,it is necessary for more workers to immerse themselves in labor practice and continue to create a beautiful future for the motherland with diligent hands.Therefore,we need to promote the spirit of model workers among the new era of college students,shape them with the noble spirit of model workers,inspire them with their glorious deeds,educate them with their beautiful sentiments,guide them with their exemplary role,and fully leverage the educational role of model workers’ spirit,Cultivating the spirit of model workers has a positive and profound impact on the comprehensive development of college students’ morality,intelligence,physical fitness,aesthetics,and labor,as well as the realization of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.This article takes the spirit of model workers as the research object,providing a basic path for cultivating the spirit of model workers among college students in the new era.This article is divided into four parts: The first part discusses the relevant concepts of cultivating the spirit of model workers among college students in the new era.Starting from the definition of model workers and the model workers spirit,this article delves into the connotation of labor model spirit from three aspects: "labor attitude,willpower quality,and moral realm".The second part elaborates on the theoretical foundation of the model worker spirit from three perspectives: "theoretical foundation,cultural inheritance,and practical evolution",and understands the practical basis of the model worker spirit from the development requirements of the country and individuals.The third part is an analysis of the current situation and reasons for cultivating the spirit of model workers among college students in the new era.By using literature research and questionnaire survey methods,the current situation of cultivating the spirit of model workers among college students in recent years has been analyzed.The problems encountered in the cultivation process in recent years have been reflected,and problems such as inadequate promotion and dissemination of the spirit of model workers,imperfect cultivation system in universities,lack of practical links in the spirit of model workers cultivation,and insufficient understanding of the spirit of model workers have been summarized.The reasons for the problems have been analyzed from multiple perspectives.The fourth part explores the basic path for cultivating the spirit of model workers among college students in the new era.On the basis of analyzing and summarizing the problems existing in the cultivation of the spirit of model workers among college students in the new era,targeted measures and suggestions are proposed from the three dimensions of society,school,and family to create an atmosphere for cultivating the spirit of model workers,improve the system for cultivating the spirit of model workers in universities,and strengthen the practical education of the spirit of model workers.The basic cultivation path that meets the requirements of the new era is proposed.
