| With the continuous development of information technology,the way the CPPCC performs its functions also stepped into the information age.The current information system,facilities and supporting environment of the CPPCC can no longer satisfy the requirements of its three functions of "political consultation,democratic supervision and participation in the deliberation and administration of state affairs" under the new situation,and cannot satisfy the requirements of its full business,full process,and full geographical coverage.Therefore,it is very necessary to design a set of intelligent CPPCC information integrated system.Based on a large number of Chinese and foreign literature and combining the reality of my work,this article deeply analyzes the current research status of CPPCC information at home and abroad and the current problems.In order to solve these problems,we developed and designed the comprehensive intelligence information system for the Chinese people’s political consultative conference(CPPCC)by using the software engineering professional knowledge,and going through the demand analysis,general design,detailed design,programming implementation,function test,stress test,code,security audit,etc.The system mainly consists of eight subsystems,including CPPCC members’ performance service portal,social situation and public opinion management,CPPCC members’ performance service,CPPCC database,SMS platform,social survey for soliciting opinions,intelligent committee members’ proposal management,and conference activity registration.This paper conducts a detailed demand investigation and analysis of 8 subsystems,system modeling was carried out through UML language and by using use case diagrams,etc to analyze all operation procedures and as well as the management requirements in detail.The system is based on J2 EE architecture,using the Java language and SQL server2020,and designing the information system which is based on B/S mode,including PC and app.We fully implemented all the function modules of the front desk and background operation,completed the whole operation process.Finally,the system integration test,function test and pressure test are completed.By fully using the information technology,management ideas and scientific architecture,an integrated system of information connection and resource sharing has been established within the CPPCC system,It has effectively solved the key problems,such as the difficulty of government affairs coordination,the poor timeliness of information circulation,the weak degree of data standards,and the poor data sharing,etc,which have existed for many years.It is to realize the standardization of the office business,electronic,network,coordinated.It improves the efficiency of CPPCC,achieved "transparent and efficient" online Chinese people’s political consultative conference,promotes members role and activities of the organization and management,improves the quality of our member service way and has a strong practical significance. |
