Research On The Political Efficacy Of CPPCC Members Under The Background Of Deliberative Democracy Of The CPPCC

This paper conducted empirical research on CPPCC members in five regions,and on the basis of detailed analysis of the first-hand data collected,had a relatively clear and comprehensive understanding of the basic situation of political efficacy of CPPCC members and the relationship between CPPCC and consultative democracy.The political efficacy of CPPCC members as a whole is at a high level and positive,but there are still some problems in some parts.There are some weak links in the internal political efficacy,and the external political efficacy is too much influenced by the external political efficacy,and the external political efficacy is too much influenced by the subjective factors,which lacks the external guarantee of stability.Among the types of CPPCC members classified according to different criteria,the CPPCC members from democratic parties have more obvious negative tendency in internal political efficacy and external political efficacy,while the CPPCC members belonging to the social and economic fields have a high level in both.The specific political efficacy of CPPCC members is influenced by their own abilities,social background and external cognition.The specific situation of political efficacy will influence the practice of consultative democracy of the CPPCC.A high level of political efficacy will strengthen the value identification of CPPCC members and the public with CPPCC and consultative democracy,and ensure the effective implementation of consultative practice.On the contrary,a low level of political efficacy will erode this value identification and undermine the smooth implementation of consultative practice.Therefore,it is necessary to adjust the political efficacy of CPPCC members.The adjustment of political efficacy of CPPCC members should be targeted.The political status and political and social influence of CPPCC members should be enhanced by strengthening learning and training,introducing outside assistance and promoting "professionalization" of CPPCC members.These measures can effectively improve the political efficacy of CPPCC members,and ultimately promote the continuous development and improvement of consultative democracy of the CPPCC.
